I've registered my little darling for her first school experience. It was a kindergarten with every subject covered in the syllabus. Below are the details...

One-time Fees:
Registration Fee = RM 100 (Waived because I went there on open day)
School Fee (Jan 2009) = RM250
Advance Fee (Nov 2009) = RM250
Insurance = RM10
Deposit 2 months for transportation = RM100

Twice-yearly Fees:
Supplementary Fees: Library, snacks, stationery, art & craft materials, concert costumes, field trip, class photos = RM250
Books/Material Fees: Text books, workbooks, stickers, exercise books, progress report book, learning equipment - RM220

Miscellaneous Fees:
CEC R.E.A.L. Readers - a set of 8 books per level (per semester or according to student's speed of learning)= RM64
Uniform (2 suits) = RM70
Sportswear (T-shirt & shorts) RM25

TOTAL before starting her January classes, which I just paid last week = RM 1,239

Subjects in the package of RM250 (English Medium):
Malay, English, Maths, Computer, Agama, Mandarin, Swimming, Arts, Music, Reading.
*I think there are more, can't recall right now. I will update on this once I get her timetable.

Monthly school fees: RM250 (without extra mandarin 1/2hour after 12.:30)
* I will start extra Mandarin in year 2010 when she's going to 5 years.

Monthly transportation: RM50 (to and fro nursery)

After school, transit back to her current nursery: RM150 per month

TOTAL per month I have to pay = RM450 (provided I pick her up on time at 6:30pm every day)

Schooling Hours: 8:30am-12:30am

Fasha's physician in case of emergency: Dr Hardeep Singh of Mediviron Sunway Mas

Fasha will receive her free school bag when we visit her kiddie around next few weeks, after the timetable is ready. She likes the place already, and I sure hope she can learn well and speak English better.

Piano lesson next at age 6+, have to save up first... and get a piano! Sigh...,

I asked her, she asked me back...

This morning, I thought I could make it to the car by 7am. Tried my best, and yes, I could make it.

But imagine a mommie running to and fro and to and fro so fast, faster than a speeding bicycle like an animated cartoon; and the kiddie moving in such a slow motion pace, as if time freezed if not buffered.

Carried my laptop backpack, my kid's nursery bag, house-key, car-key, my mobile phone (I had to SMS Fariza in the lift, that I was starting to pick her up, driving her to office for 3 weeks now), and since I'm wearing baju kurung today, my mouth would be more efficient than my hands (can't carry my kid, so I had to keep on babble at her "Quick! Quick! Quick!!!" and so on to keep her moving). I think I sound like my Mom already huu huu...

At the car, I handed over my mug of coffee to Fasha, asked her to put it in the mug-holder near the gear..., since I was busy sorting things at the backseat and I was to hold so many items (because baju kurung has no pocket, duh...). Fasha was at that time holding her milk bottle.

"Fasha, tolong Mommie letak kopi kat depan jap. Thank you..."

When I came to the front seat, she handed over her milk bottle and asked me to hold, so that she could put my coffee mug for me! "Mommie, nah pegang..."

"Amboiiiihhh...! Orang suruh dia, dia surug orang balik, no? Sabo je la!" I babbled at her. Sigh!

Fasha's Weekend with Mommie

Photos of Fasha spending time tagging along Mommie to every spot - Sunday morning woke up at IbuAdam's house after an overnight there, then to the dentist in Rawang, afternoon to One Utama having lunch with AuntieZie.

Fasha woke up at IbuAdam's house, and her interest was straight away on the Disney books.

Fasha and Adam - age difference 1 week, Fasha is younger but Adam is shorter and chubbier. Sorry about the blur photo, they just can't keep quiet, and Mommie's eyes were still blur after waking up.

Bored to death, my dear little angel... waiting for Mommie's dentist to sort out Mommie's case.

"Dah habis ke, Mommie?" She's very chatty and 'kecoh' this time round during the visit to the dentist. And this was her final pose before we left the clinic.

Met up with AuntieZie for lunch at One Utama. We were are Pandan Leaf and all she could hear is Mommie's voice yappity yap yap yap... and she also started yappity yap yap yap all by herself, and once in a while giving a loud shout for no reason.

Fasha in Action at Paddington's Pancake in the Curve

Fasha's New Haircut

I picked up Fasha yesterday afternoon from her AbbuMama, and this is how she looks... Check out her new hair:

Mommie's daughter looks like a big girl with this modern look! Aaaaaahhhh... heart melting already.

She even looks cuter when she's sulking, in this hairstyle! Aaaahhh... heart melting again...

See? See? So photogenic, hor? Hehehe... Aaaaahhhh... heart melting part three. B-)

Fasha's Happy Face

Here are some of Fasha's latest photos, taken at the playground in our apartment.

Sliding down the tunnel slider... Such a happy smile, knowing Mommie was there waiting at the end of the tunnel.

Another happy thought, laughing not because of mere joy, but because Mommie was on the other side playing/bouncing the see-saw as well. :-S

Waiting patiently in the queue at the counter, after a good lunch at Raju's Banana Leaf, with Mommie and AuntieZie. Fasha was so 'kepoh-chi' that she kept peeping left and right, wondering if the counter lady notice her or not (so that she could get a candy). "Why is the queue so slow?" she might be thinking.

"Pot pet pot pet...," Chatterbox she is!

When I picked her up from the nursery yesterday, the teacher exclaimed, "Fasha dengan geng dia 3 orang tu, tak berenti mulut bersembang! Bila cikgu tanya siapa yang cakap banyak sangat tu, masing-masing dok tuduh sesama sendiri - Dia ni, cikgu! Dia ni, cikgu! Amboi..."

It seems that what I claimed in my previous blog was not a lie. It's true that Fasha becomes very 'chatty' after the previous fever. "Hari tu demam, senyaaaaaap jer. Sekarang, huh! Cakap banyak!" said the teacher again.

Hhmm... I guess she has my genes after all - chatterbox! Hehehe...

After the overnight fever

Fasha had a high temperature last 2 nights. It started off with her losing appetite after the afternoon nap, followed by her crankiness to remain naked the whole night...! Sigh...

She did not want to be cover with blanket, she requested the fan to be faster (I had to cheat her by focusing the fan to a higher level), and demanded Mommie to hug her overnight. Hhmm... Body warmth was the only remedy for this case.

Today, after a day of medicine, and having her appetite slightly improved after medicine, Fasha woke up in the morning with such a chatty mode...

She is chatty, yes... but never starts chatty from the time she opens her eyes! This is a drastic change I found on her, after this round of fever.

She becomes very chatty, commenting so much, talking so much on everything, and every time she opens her mouth would bring a different topic or idea. Hhmm...

Fasha also becomes 'slightly' matured. She straight away (and quietly) walked out from her room - no more crankiness of "Mami! Nak shushu!" and crying for milk with her 'jumping bum' - and sat quietly on the couch, waiting patiently for Mommie to switch on TV for her. Hhmm...

That's a relief! At least I will have a better, peaceful mornings from now onwards... Yes!!

Good to see kiddo grows up fast, but sending her to school is still a scratch on the pocket :-S,

Fasha's Third Birthday

Just realised that I haven't uploaded Fasha's 3rd birthday photos and videos.

As how we spent her previous birthdays, we dragged our "main sponsor" (AbbuMama, Fasha's godfather) for a good birthday dinner. So here, finally, I'm disclosing AbbuMama's photo...

Fasha's playful act - part 2.

A tired looking birthday girl, after all the joy she had playing balloon at The Curve.

Fasha's with her first birthday gift from Mommie - lego. She liked playing with it so much during Raya at TokUmmi's, so I bought her one full bag of lego.

Fasha with her second birthday gift from AbbuMama - (magnetic) doodler with Disney storybook, with guides on how to draw Disney characters. Look at the way she posed and positioned herself in the moving car while playing with the doodler.

Fasha's with another gift, something like a lego too but with odd shape of 'triangular-cylinders' (not quite sure how to explain). This gift was from MommieSha's colleague. Thanks AuntieLiana and AuntieHazrina!

This year, Fasha received most gifts (so far). Other gifts include a running-around MickeyMouse-in-a-car toy from AuntieKasthuri (Mommie's colleague) and her 3 kids, and a Spongebob bolster from 2 of her daycare teachers (which she hugs every night to sleep). Thank you all for the wonderful gifts!

Cross Language

Fasha loves colouring, and she understands the words for different colours - sometimes in English, sometimes in Malay.

She lost her pencil colours (it must've been in the car, again) so I had to take out the 'secret crayon' I've been hiding from her since she was a baby...

The crayon consists of 6 colours. I was a bit doubtful before this to let her use crayons, due to the stickiness of the material once it got smudged on the couch, wall, or other places. So I kept on reminding her to be careful with the crayons, and not to smudge on the couch as how she did with the colour pencils.

I opened the crayon box for her, counted the number of colours available (easier for me to know if we lose any of them later), and let her used the crayons.

The first colour she took out to use was black. I commented, "Asyik-asyik hitam. Naper suker sangat colour hitam ni?"

I thought she was going to rebut on her choice of colour. Instead, she said, "Black la, Mommie! Black!"

Oh dear! Of all the argument she picked along the sentence was the colour terminology in English??!! Hhmm... :-S

Need to send her to school very soon!
