Embarking Second Year Development

Yesterday is one weekend I can jot down of BabyShasha's development. Here are the stuff she did yesterday (some were old tricks never mentioned here)...

1. As you know, BabyShasha loves drumming. This time round, she dragged our empty rice container (that is taller than half her height) to the living room and start drumming. When we pretended to dance along with her drumming, she expected us to dance every time she drums!! Hhmm...

2. She doodles a lot yesterday. She could hold a pen and doodle on papers, without going across the borders of the paper. Mostly are lines and curves.

3. BabyShasha started dancing a few weeks back by shaking her shoulders. She does it every time she hears an interesting upbeat songs.

4. Normally BabyShasha would inform MommieSha that she wants to have her meal by saying, "Aci!" which means "nasi" or rice. Yesterday, she went to the kitchen cabinet, remove a glass rice plate, carried it all the way to the living room and shouted, "Aci!" Hhmm... So brave.

5. For the past few months, she is reliable to help looking for her lost milk bottles, nursery bag, diapers, MommieSha's handphone, and other stuff around the house.

6. Aside from drumming, BabyShasha likes to play 'symbals' with stainless steel mug lids. She would take them herself from the kitchen cabinet and started to 'cling clang' the instruments to make a noise like symbals. The worse part is when she started screeching on the walls with the lids! "Don't do that when we shift to our new house, OK?!" That's what MommieSha would say.

7. BabyShasha enjoys her bath and can take her own bath... errr, almost. She knows how to use a mug to dig for water and pour it on her body, but by the time the water was poured, it spilled every where around except her own body. Good try, bebe!

8. She can sing now!! Yippee!! She knows every cue of every songs in Playhouse Disney channel that she watches every day. She would sing along with the songs. BabyShasha also reminds MommieSha every time she remembers some songs, such as "5 minutes more", which she pronounces as "ih ih mor!" Hhmm...

There's a lot more and I will continue on this some other day.

Love seeing the lovely one grows...,
